Meeting a receiver with a smile while traveling will be an unforgettable experience for you.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Flow of Delivery<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>When you are going to travel abroad and are interested in delivering a wheelchair, please <a href=\"https:\/\/tondeke.org\/en\/contact\/\">contact us<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>If you let us know six weeks before your departure, we will be able to sufficiently coordinate with a recipient.<\/p>\n<p>We will ask you about the country you are traveling to, the departure date and the time we can transfer the wheelchair to you. \u00a0We will coordinate the time and date so that you can directly meet the recipient.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-141 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/tondeke.org\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/image_6-225x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"225\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/tondeke.org\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/image_6-225x300.jpg 225w, https:\/\/tondeke.org\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/image_6-624x832.jpg 624w, https:\/\/tondeke.org\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/image_6.jpg 720w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 225px) 100vw, 225px\" \/>We ask you to check the weight allowed for your luggage (free of charge) when you board the plane. The average wheelchair weight is 15kg for adults and 12kg for children. \u00a0We will inform you of the exact weight and size of the wheelchair beforehand.<\/p>\n<p>The wheelchair is typically packed for departures from Haneda or Narita airport; therefore, care must be taken when transporting it around the airport.<\/p>\n<p>When you want to have a wheelchair delivered to you from an airport in Japan, you will have to pay the additional transportation cost.
