On August 8th, 2011, the 2000th wheelchair was handed to Hue, Vietnam Children’s House by 10 high school students, as part of a study tour organized by the Hokkaido International Exchange and Cooperation Center (HIECC). In total, 6 wheelchairs were delivered on this visit.
